An agile approach to learning
We understand the importance of investing in our people, and
have launched new and creative ways to share knowledge and sharpen
our skills.
Learning Bitez are a good example of this - more than 60 short,
practical, internally led sessions which cover a range of topics
from 'coaching' to an 'introduction to can filling'. Already
this year, over 600 Heinz people have benefited from Learning
Bitez.
